DESCRIPTION:Midsumma comes to the Mornington Peninsula for the first time i
 n 2026 with Out Loud on the Ninch set to transform the Peninsula Community
  Theatre into a vibrant sunset celebration of queer identity\, creative ex
 pression and intergenerational connection.\n\nTaking place on Saturday\, 7
  February 2026\, the event is part of Midsumma’s Regional Activation Pro
 gram and welcomes LGBTQIA+ community members and allies for an evening of 
 pride\, performance\, and shared stories. The celebration will also featur
 e live queer performers Maxon and DJ Minogue\, food trucks\, and informati
 on stalls offering resources and connections for the local queer community
 .\n\nAt the heart of the event is You &amp\; I\, a new photographic exhibi
 tion created through an intergenerational exchange between queer young peo
 ple aged 18–24 and queer elders on the peninsula. Participants will expl
 ore photography\, portraiture\, storytelling and documentary practice thro
 ugh workshops led by professional queer local artists Noa Wolf Smith Fletc
 her (Photography) and Roe Bonnici (Filmmaking &amp\; Visual Arts).\n\nmids
